GROUP CLASSES

Reformer Pilates Classes

A class focusing on strengthening and toning the body, improves flexibility and coordination, aids in muscular imbalances, the addition of the jump board adds a cardio aspect which aids in weight loss. All the class is done on the reformer pilates machine with the aid of accessories to go with it to challenge you. The class is basically a semi private class of no more than four clients in a class ensuring that the trainer gives you their full attention and meet the needs of the clients.

Mat Pilates Classes

PRIVATE TRAINING

Flex Personal Training

One to one personal training, with all that the studio has to offer from mat pilates, strength training and reformer pilates .Working with a highly qualified personal trainer that will create a personal program just for you with a wide verity of workouts ensuring that a session is never boring or reoccurring.

Rehabilitation PT

One to one personal training, a treatment programme designed to help individuals recovering from injuries and accidents, pains that cause discomfort from your everyday life, muscular imbalances and postural issues that restrict movement. Undergoing training with a highly specialised trainer that will look for ways to help you regain your strength and range of motion, and helping you progress form chronic injury and illness back to full fitness.
